Die of Death Killdroid Guide
Killdroid received a major rework in Fashionably Late. This updated guide covers the new Propel ability, upgraded Deploy Killbots, and adapted strategies for reworked maps.
Updated Ability Breakdown
Target Lock — Unchanged. Locks onto Civilians preventing stealth escape. Plasma Shot — Unchanged ranged damage. Propel — NEW: Replaces Detonate. Jump forward and dive-punch the ground for an explosion. Deploy — UPGRADED: Place up to 5 Killbots that auto-shoot the nearest Civilian.
Propel Strategy
Use Propel to close gaps when Plasma Shot alone cannot reach fleeing Civilians. The dive-punch explosion punishes Civilians hiding behind reworked map cover. Save Propel for vertical engagements on Tundra Trench where old Detonate was less effective.
Killbot Zone Control
Place all 5 Killbots at objective routes and chokepoints before chasing your primary target. Auto-shooting Killbots apply constant pressure without manual control. On reworked The HQ, mine doorway thresholds with Killbots while patrolling hallways.
Map Adaptation
Glasshouses is gone — Augury Exhibition is the new open-sightline map. Learn gallery layouts for Plasma Shot angles. Reworked Grandma's Backyard still favors Killdroid ranged dominance.
