Die of Death SweetTooth Synergy Guide
SweetTooth is the third synergy in Die of Death and the first that does not require Caretaker. It activates when both Pie and Hotdog appear in your ability deck, transforming your Civilian into a food-themed powerhouse.
Visual Changes
SweetTooth gives your Civilian a pink-red Radical Orange Helmet matching a colored torso, white legs, and a satisfied smile with tongue sticking out — the first synergy to show the Civilian's tongue.
Hotdog → Birthday Cake
The Hotdog is replaced with a Roblox Birthday Cake 2010. Eating it regenerates 30 health rapidly (double the normal 15 from Hotdog) but reduces maximum HP by 7 each use. You lose max HP instead of stamina when eating.
Pie Behavior
Pie works identically to its normal version — throw at Killers to obscure their UI or at teammates for protection buffs. Charge throws by holding space for increased range.
Strategy
SweetTooth suits sustain-focused Civilian players who can manage the max HP tradeoff. The 30 HP burst healing enables aggressive plays after eating, but repeated use lowers your health ceiling. Pair with Bugle for accelerated Pie cooldowns in team lobbies.
